How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and check your inbox for a password reset link. The link expires in 24 hours.

How to integrate the API?

What are the system requirements?

Our web applications work on modern browsers (Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+). Mobile apps require iOS 14+ or Android 8+. Detailed specs are available in our documentation.

How to export data?

Navigate to the dashboard, select the data you want to export, and click the export button. You can export as CSV, JSON, or PDF. Bulk exports are available for enterprise plans.

How to manage team members?

Go to Settings > Team Management. From there you can invite members, assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer), and manage permissions. Team size limits depend on your subscription plan.

How to upgrade my plan?

Visit the Billing section in your dashboard. You can view available plans, compare features, and upgrade instantly. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
