By accessing or using the Lobhari Technologies website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

"Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Lobhari Technologies. "You," "User," "Client" refers to the individual or entity accessing our website or using our services. "Services" refers to all products, software, consulting, and solutions provided by Lobhari Technologies.
Services and Intellectual Property
All services are provided subject to the terms of a separate service agreement. Lobhari Technologies retains all intellectual property rights in its tools, frameworks, methodologies, and pre-existing materials. Deliverables created specifically for you are transferred as specified in your service agreement.
Use License
Unless otherwise stated, Lobhari Technologies and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on our website. You may view and download materials from the website for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to restrictions set in these terms.
User Obligations
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical data, client lists, and project details. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lobhari Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the information provided.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts with prior notice.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in the agreement terms. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Baleswar, Odisha.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice.
