Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and returns

At Lobhari Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or engaging our services.
Service Cancellation
For ongoing service engagements (consulting, development projects, retainers), cancellation terms are defined in your specific service agreement. Generally, clients may cancel with a 30-day written notice. Payments for work completed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. Any prepaid amounts for unrendered services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Digital Products and Software
Due to the nature of digital products and software licenses, all sales of downloadable software, digital assets, and subscription licenses are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Exceptions may be made for technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
Project Deposits
Initial project deposits are non-refundable as they cover project scoping, requirements gathering, and resource allocation. If we fail to deliver project milestones as specified in the agreement, the deposit may be refundable at our discretion.
Refund Process
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at billing@lobhari.in with your invoice number, project details, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable: setup and onboarding fees, custom development work already delivered, third-party costs (licenses, subscriptions, hosting), and discounted or promotional offers.
Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. Our team is committed to addressing concerns and finding a mutually acceptable solution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
