Why we're building Garuda
Most ride-hailing platforms take a large cut of every fare, which pushes drivers to work longer hours, cancel short trips and switch apps constantly. Riders feel it too, through surge pricing and unreliable pickups.
Garuda flips the model. Drivers pay no commission on rides, so they earn more per trip and have a reason to stay. Riders get fair, transparent fares and the option to pool a car or a bike with others going the same way.
