How we work
Four steps. Five promises. No surprises.
Process
- Step 01
Understand
A free 30-minute call, then a discovery workshop where we map your users, your workflow and what success looks like. We cut the idea down to a lean first version you can launch quickly.
You receive: Written scope, fixed price and a week-by-week plan
- Step 02
Design
Wireframes first, then a clickable prototype in your brand colours. You click through the app on your own phone before a single line of production code is written.
You receive: Clickable Figma prototype you approve
- Step 03
Build
Development in one-week sprints with a working demo every week. You see real progress, give feedback early and never wait months for a surprise.
You receive: A working demo every week + a shared project board
- Step 04
Launch & support
We deploy to your cloud and app-store accounts, train your team and stay on for free bug-fixes after launch. Then we help you grow it.
You receive: Live product, handover docs and free post-launch bug-fixes
1. Understand: in detail
We ask a lot of questions about your business before we talk about technology: who uses it, what they do today, where money or time is lost. You leave with a clear document listing every screen and feature in the first version, a fixed price for it and the timeline. If you want, we sign an NDA before you share anything.
2. Design: in detail
Design is where changes are cheap. We test the flows with you (and, if possible, a few of your customers), fix what is confusing and agree the final look. Development starts only after you approve the prototype.
3. Build: in detail
We build with modern, well-supported technology, write tests for the important parts and review every change. Code lives in a repository in your name from day one, so you can see every commit.
4. Launch & support: in detail
Launch includes production setup, monitoring, backups, store submissions and a handover session for your team. Any defect in what we built is fixed free during the post-launch support period. After that, a monthly maintenance plan is optional.
Guarantees
Our free post-launch bug-fix period is currently 30 days.
- 01
Fixed price for the agreed scope
Before we start, we agree in writing exactly what will be built. The price for that scope does not change. New ideas mid-project are estimated separately, and you decide if and when to add them.
- 02
You own 100% of the code and IP
Source code, designs, database and documentation belong to you once paid for. Repositories, cloud and app-store accounts are created in your name from day one, so you are never locked in.
- 03
Weekly working demos
Every week you see real, working software, not slides. Feedback goes into the next week's plan, so there are no big surprises at the end.
- 04
Free bug-fix support after launch
Any defect in what we built is fixed free during the post-launch support period. After that, a monthly plan is optional, never forced.
- 05
NDA on request
We sign a mutual NDA before you share the details of your idea. Your plans stay confidential.

Engagement models
Fixed-scope project
Best for a new product or a clear first version. Agreed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline and weekly demos.
Phased roadmap
Large systems delivered in phases. Each phase has its own fixed scope and price, so you can stop, adjust or continue.
Monthly support plan
For live products: updates, fixes, monitoring and small improvements for a predictable monthly fee.
Communication
- 01
One point of contact
A project manager who knows your project inside out, reachable on WhatsApp, phone and email in IST working hours.
- 02
A shared project board
See every task, what's in progress and what's done. No need to ask for status updates.
- 03
Weekly demo call
30 minutes, every week, with the people building your product.
- 04
Plain language
We explain technical decisions in business terms, with the trade-offs, so you can decide confidently.
FAQ
Working with us: FAQs
What happens if I want changes during the project?
Small adjustments within the agreed scope are part of the weekly feedback loop. New features are estimated separately; you can add them now, swap them for something in the current scope, or plan them for the next phase.
How do payments work?
In milestones tied to working demos: typically an advance to start, payments as agreed features are demonstrated, and the balance at launch. See our refund policy for details.
What does the post-launch support cover?
Defects in the software we built: things that don't work as agreed. It does not cover new features, changes by other developers or outages of third-party services, which can be handled under a maintenance plan.
Can I take the project to another team later?
Yes. Everything is in your accounts and documented. We'll even do a handover call with the new team.
